Discover how plants and animals grow and change through their life cycles.

Many living things go through a life cycle: a plant grows from a seed into a seedling and then a mature plant that produces its own seeds. A butterfly changes from an egg to a caterpillar, then a chrysalis, and finally an adult butterfly.
We compare the life cycles of a few different plants and animals and talk about what each stage needs to grow successfully.
